Dawn has been involved in the local real estate market for many years. She and her husband have been renovating properties since 1975, and she sees the upswing in the North Adams real estate market as very promising. Her first-hand experience as both buyer and seller brings her a better understanding of client needs and perspectives.
A native and resident of North Adams, Dawn lives with her husband Peter and they have two grown children; Holly and Michael. Dawn has a Master’s Degree in school counseling, and joined the Moresi Real Estate Team after retiring from the school system in 2018.
